As of 1:23 p.m. today (April 10), my little Dragon’s Egg project has cracked (no pun intended) more than 21,500 hits in less than a week.

In addition to being both stunned and thankful for all the great comments, shares and fan posts, I want to give a shout out to Leia, Kimmie and the International House of Geek universe for letting me be part of their awesome and geeky vision.

I want to encourage all of you out there to keep reading the fantabulous original content from all our contributors, and hopefully I can come up with some more nifty (and relatively simple) ideas for my fellow geek moms, dads and the rest.
